Has my order shipped yet?

Your order ships usually within 1-3 days. If you have not received your order within 6 days, it may be so that your item is backordered or delayed because of a high load. If you have not received your order within 7 working days after received delivery message, we ask you to contact our customer service for following up on what may have happened with your order.


I want my order sent to another address than my own, how do I do it?

You can do this by unselecting the box Ship to this address. You will the get the option to fill out a different shipping address.

Which countries do you ship to?

We ship to these countries: Australia, Belgium, Bosnia, Canada, Denmark, United Arab Emirates, Estonia, Finland, France, Greece, Ireland, Iceland, Italy, Japan, Crotia, Cyprus, Liechtenstein, Latvia, Lithuania, Monaco, Netherlands, New Zealand, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Spain, UK, Switzerland, Sweden, South Africa, Czech Republic, Turkey, Germany, USA and Austria.

What is the shipping cost?

Our shipping charge depends on the type of delivery you require. It starts at 69 kr within Norway and ca €8 for international customers.

For international customers - you need to take into consideration the tax and VAT rules of your country. The products are sent from Norway without VAT and tax but your country can decide to apply extra custom charges to your order, depending on the import rules of your country of residence.

Can I order from you even if I do not work in health care?

Yes. Everyone is welcome to order from us!

I have received my items, but no invoice, where can I get this?

The invoice is sent to you directly from Afterpay.

Why can I not pay by invoice?

This may be due to various reasons:

1. It is required to be the age of 18+ to purchase by invoice.

2. Check your address. Invoice only approves registered addresses.

3. You might have passed the maximum amount for purchase by invoice.

4. You might have entered an incorrect social security number. Your social security number must be corresponding to registered address.

5. Our invoice system Afterpay, does not approve your credit.  Please select another payment option. 

Why do you ask for my social security number?

We will not receive your social security number. but Afterpay invoice system needs this to verify safe online shopping.

How can I return or exchange an item?

As our customer you always have a 14 days return policy. If an item is damaged when received, let us know this directly by sending an email to post@vaktrommet.no or call + 47 926 97 497 and you will either get a new product or get your money back. You can also return unwanted product in its original packaging. Attach your name, order number and complaint/return reason. We stand for the cost of return shipping. Replacement deliveries are free.

If you want to cancel your purchase and return the entire order, we will pay back the amount that you have paid. Vaktrommet reserves the right to require shipping charges as they had towards the customer. Packages that are not retrieved but returned back to Vaktrommet will be billed with 100 kr.
