You have a 14-day right of withdrawal from when you receive the goods, under the Norwegian Right of Withdrawal Act.
The goods must be unused and in original packaging.
Personalised products (with engraved name badges) cannot be returned, as they are made to order for you.
How to return
Contact us
Email [email protected] with your order number and reason for return.
Send the parcel
You ship the item back to us and cover the return shipping. Mark the parcel with your order number.
Hand in the parcel
Print the label, attach it to the parcel, and hand it in at your nearest post office or Posten pickup point.
Refund issued
We process returns within five working days of receipt and refund to the same payment method you used.
Exchange
Need a different size or colour? We can arrange that.
Exchanges are free within the withdrawal period. Customer must pay for the shipping

The rules in short
- 14-day right of withdrawal from the day you received the goods.
- Personalised items, such as Migenic® with your own design, are exempt from withdrawal.
- For a standard withdrawal, you cover the return shipping. If the item is faulty, damaged, or sent in error, we cover the necessary return shipping.
- Once we have received the return, we process the refund within five working days.
- Items must be unused and in essentially the same condition.
- For customers outside the EU/EEA this is our voluntary 14-day return policy.
